Barbara DeMarco-Barrett is author of the bestselling and award-winning Pen on Fire: A Busy Woman's Guide to Igniting the Writer Within (Harcourt, 2004), which is now in its 8th printing. I enjoyed the essay. You are still a beautiful womam, but even more important is your continued good health.
I agree with your husband - you don't need to change a thing.
Great essay. Though there are aspects of aging I'm not enjoying, I'm liking the growing wiser part. Experience beats out youth everytime.
