My friend Ron Yeo sent me this link and now I'm sharing it with you. Only 19 minutes but a wonderful 19 minutes with Andrew Stanton, producer/screenwriter of Finding Nemo, Wall-e, and Toy Story.  The beginning joke is a tad graphic, so if you get offended at these sorts of jokes, skip to two minutes in. It'll be worth your time.
