San Diego....

To those of you who've written to me about him...Travis is fine. He says he's not troubled anymore, but when I asked him why he thought he was so freaked out by the little girl, he said, Weren't you freaked out by that? The elevator opens and there's a little Indian girl muttering!

On the other hand, Travis may not be fine. Travis might be in denial and supressing his deeper feelings. I suspect he might be somewhat in shock brought about the world outside of CDM. I suffered the same thing at my first look at the world outside of East Los Angeles. A bowl of gray Babagonoosh on rye bread might snap him out of it. It worked for me.

Jordie, I think he's let it go. Kids let things go, unlike us adult creatures. But if not, I'll buy him some babagonoosh on rye.

Mothers always say that about their children. But the fact is, according to Sidney L. Gershon, M,D. FCAP and more, kids don't get over anything as attested to by Mr. Kane and Rosebud. Keep a sharp eye on him and if you catch him lying on his back looking up at the clouds, rush him over to Hoag.

I promise I'll keep a magnifying glass aimed at Travis!
